  I have had my family's prescriptions filled with the Boiling Springs Walgreens for over 2 years. I was happy at first but over the past few months the customer service has been lacking. I recently have had issues receiving text alerts and phone calls with my child's presctiptions. So I asked what can I do to fix the communication about the prescription notifications. The lady in the drive through window popped over to the counter with a not so pleasant attitude and said we called you and sent text messages - apparently some phone calls with no voicemails and text come through and some do not. Again I ask what can I do to address the issue so we do not have this problem going forward. She tried to show me the screen about Walgreens and said I should have read the fine print with Walgreens notifications. So when I receive a text saying my rx is ready, it means that it isn't necessarily ready. This hasnt been the first time that the pharmacy employees have had the unpleasant. When my husband picked up a prescription at the beginning of this month he told me how "unhappy and miserable" the pharmacy employee seemed. Five times over the past few months that we have encountered employees lacking kindness at this pharmacy and also misinformation. I always have that question that if you do not care to deal with people or customers then why be in a customer facing environment? I have a choice too in this matter and it will not be Walgreens. I hope others have better luck.
