  Absolutely terrible. At first, I thought my bad experience at this location had to be the exception and not the rule...it was that far off from other CVS Pharmacies I've used in the past. However, after reading through all the negative reviews here I'm convinced this pharmacy should be avoided entirely. I will definitely not be getting any more prescriptions filled here. Here's my experience: After giving birth, my doctor called in 3 prescriptions for me. I really wish I had told him not to bother because I ended up having to buy everything OTC after wasting my time at the pharmacy. Thankfully, it was just painkillers, iron, and something to help with swelling so I was able to pick up sufficient items in store. After receiving voiemails that my prescriptions were ready, I called to double check and make sure. The lady on the phone confirmed they were ready & I let her know I'd pick them up later in the day. I thought everything was fine...wrong! When I arrived the pharmacy and drive thru were packed. The pharmacy staff was visibly overwhelmed with the amount of people in line and number of prescriptions needing filled. Looked very inefficient, disorganized and chaotic behind the counter. When it was my turn, I was told that they only had 1 prescription for me. I asked why since my doctor called in 3 and I had paperwork showing this. The answer I got was "not sure". Okay....so I asked them to give me what they had and the tech went looking for it. There were a lot of people in line behind me so after about 15 minutes of them going through the same baskets over and over again only to find nothing, I told them not to worry about it I'd buy what I needed OTC. I cannot believe they couldn't find my prescriptions...it's a good thing I didn't really need them and could just blow it off. I'm really not happy that I wasted so much time in there. Bottom line - avoid. These complaints here are worth taking seriously.
